Melatonin supports sleep in a natural and gentle way. Melatonin is a dark hormone secreted by the pineal gland, which helps in falling asleep and supports a normal sleep rhythm.

Puhdas+ Strong melatonin contains 1.8 mg of melatonin in one capsule.

Melatonin shortens the time to fall asleep and alleviates the effects of jet lag. Melatonin should be taken in the evening about one hour before going to bed. Since melatonin's effect is partly based on pacing circadian rhythms, melatonin should be taken as regularly as possible in the evenings, always at the same time

Dosage:

To shorten the time to fall asleep:   1 capsule close to bedtime. The effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin.

To mitigate the individual effects of the time difference:   1 capsule close to bedtime on the first day of travel and for the next few days after arriving at the destination. The effect is obtained by consuming at least 0.5 mg of melatonin.


Dosage:

För att förkorta insomningstiden : 1 kapsel immediately before bedtime. Effects of intag av 1 mg melatonin.

For alleviating the subjective experience of jet lag : 1 capsule immediately before the first departure and a few days after arrival. Effect of 0.5 mg melatonin.
