Right of exchange & return
In distance shopping, the consumer customer has a 14-day right of cancellation free of charge, which also applies to fault-free products. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to opened cosmetic product packages (Consumer Protection Act: Chapter 6, Section 16). Online store customers have a 14-day right of cancellation for unopened, untried products. The 14-day cancellation period starts from receiving the product. When returning products, shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed to the customer. If the total amount of the order is below the free delivery limit after the return, we will deduct the value of the delivery costs from the return.
The customer must check the condition of the order and the ordered products immediately after receiving the order or no later than 7 days after receiving the order. Also return a defective or incorrect product according to the return instructions.

Products damaged in transit
If you notice after receiving the order that the product has been damaged during transport - contact our customer service as soon as possible.
Refunds for customer returns are primarily made using the payment method the order was originally paid for.
The refund will be made within 14 days after we have recorded the customer return as having arrived.
We will inform you of the customer returns we receive by e-mail and/or text message. If you have not received an acknowledgment within 14 days of sending the return, contact our customer service.
