A subscription is an automatic, recurring order (e.g., every 4 weeks). You get hassle-free refills and any “subscribe & save” discounts.
On a product page choose Subscribe & Save, pick the delivery frequency, then Add to cart and checkout. If you pick “one-time,” it will not be a subscription.
Click the account icon (top right) → Manage product subscriptions → open your plan → choose Pause, Skip, or Cancel. Log in with the same email you used at purchase.
Yes. Account icon → Manage product subscriptions → Edit the plan to change frequency, quantity, or even variant. Save changes.
Go to Manage product subscriptions → Edit and update Shipping address and Payment method. Do this before the next renewal date to apply to the upcoming shipment.
You’re charged on the renewal date shown in your subscription. The order is created and shipped right after the charge; you’ll receive an email confirmation and tracking.
