Terms of delivery

New Organics Oy known for its fast and reliable deliveries. You can choose from all parcel pick-up points and home delivery operating in Finland. We deliver orders to all EU countries. Deliveries are handled by Postnord.

Availability and delivery time

The order is usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. (Note: public holidays such as Christmas or Easter may affect the delivery time). In some cases, the ordered product may be out of stock, which may be due to an error in our stock balance. When the product is out of stock, we will notify the recipient by email. The missing product will be refunded or delivered later. The online store is not responsible for delays in deliveries that are independent of the online store. If the delivery is delayed by more than 7 business days from the moment of payment of the order, please contact our customer service. The online store reserves the right to change the delivery method.

Delivery methods

Pickup from the Mypack point
Your order will be delivered to the Mypack point. You will receive a notification of the shipment by text message.

Home delivery: The order can also be delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer (home delivery). Home delivery only applies to addresses with a fixed road connection. In connection with home delivery, the order information must include the recipient's phone number, which Postnord will contact to make an appointment. Home delivery works on weekdays, in the biggest cities delivery is also available in the evenings until 9 p.m.

Uncollected order - Resending the order

We will automatically charge €11.80 delivery and handling costs for uncollected orders when the payment is returned. In case of problems, contact our customer service immediately. Please note that an uncollected order is not a return according to the Consumer Protection Act.

You can order a reshipment of your package by purchasing the uncollected package order reshipment of the product and paying the costs of returning the package €5.90 + new shipping costs for delivery.

*A discount code cannot be used for the product.

International delivery

The order is delivered by Postnord or Posti. Depending on the policies of the Post Office of the destination country, the shipment will be delivered to your home or the nearest post office.

The delivery time is usually 2-7 business days after the package has been sent.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Norway, Switzerland, Åland, the Canary Islands and other regions outside the EU VAT area. You can check the EU countries here .


Shipping costs

Prices valid from 1 May 2023

The delivery costs of the product are paid when paying for the order. Delivery costs may change depending on campaigns.

The delivery costs are normally according to the delivery method:

Postnord Mypack: € 5.90 /pack

Home delivery: €9.90/package

Orders over 69 euros are delivered to Finland free of charge. Free delivery means delivery to a Mypack point.

Delivery costs to EU countries are 17.95 euros, regardless of the order amount.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Norway, Switzerland, Åland, the Canary Islands and other regions outside the EU VAT area.

Ordering

All prices shown in the online store include VAT. The delivery cost is indicated on the shopping cart page. The amount to be paid for the order is determined by the prices at the time of the order. The online store reserves the right to price changes. The online store does not guarantee that the products displayed on the pages are available. If the product runs out before the customer has paid for the order, the product is removed from the customer's shopping cart. Products purchased from the online store may not be resold.

A successful order is concluded by an order confirmation, which is automatically sent to the e-mail address provided by the subscriber. A separate warranty receipt is not provided. You can also later check the order information from the order confirmation. Once the order has been paid, it will be processed, and the order can no longer be changed.

The online store has the right not to accept the order without giving a reason. The online store reserves the right to cancel the order also in the case of clear price errors. A clear price error refers to a possible pricing error of the product in the online store in such a way that the price of the product deviates so significantly from the correct price of the product that the customer is considered to understand the error.

By purchasing from the online store, the customer accepts that the online store will send the customer letter, e-mail or text messages in matters related to the order and delivery.
