The product gives you EPA and DHA fatty acids in the same proportion as they are in natural fish oil. Fatty acids are in a natural, well-absorbed triglyceride form. In the production of Puhdas+ Premium Omega-3, we use wild small fish caught from the unpolluted waters of the South Pacific.

DHA and EPA promote heart function. The beneficial effect is achieved by consuming 250 mg EPA+DHA/day.

In the production of Puhdas+ Premium Omega-3 products, non-endangered, wild anchovy fished from the unpolluted waters of the South Pacific are used. Fish oil goes through a very thorough purification process before it ends up in a capsule. Because of this, fish oil does not contain heavy metals or other toxins. The Totox number of our fish oil is usually below 5, which means it oxidizes very little. Each batch of fish oil is 100% traceable.
