Magnesium spray 150 ml

For topical use when you want to support magnesium intake in everyday life, for example after training, during massage or at night for calf cramps. The product is intended for for external use.

Spray at close range (about 10 cm) and rub lightly into thin skin areas (e.g. elbow creases) or directly onto the problem area; allow to absorb. If necessary, wipe off any excess residue later.For detailed instructions and recommended spray amount: see “Instructions for Use”.

May occur on sensitive skin mild tingling and slight redness at the beginning of use; this usually improves with continued use. Tip: start with a smaller amount, apply to damp skin or mix with a base cream. Avoid eyes and mucous membranes.

Spray does not stain; however, allow to absorb before dressing. If the feeling remains sticky, reduce the amount or divide the dose into several areas.

You can, but keep your overall usage moderate and monitor how you feel. If you have kidney disease, you are pregnant/breastfeeding or you are taking regular medication, discuss your use with a healthcare professional.Product: shake before use.
