Manual
Spray magnesium on the skin from a close distance (about 10 cm) 4-5 times. Magnesium is best absorbed when you spray it on thin skin areas, for example on the elbows, or directly on the problem area. The spray is easily absorbed and does not stain. At the beginning of use, magnesium can cause mild tingling and slight redness on sensitive skin, which usually goes away with continued use.
