Wheat bran powder is made from the leaves of a young wheat plant. This ear stage is the most nutrient-dense stage of the wheat growing season, and the plant does not contain any gluten at that time. Green wheat bran powder is suitable for use in, for example, smoothies, green drinks or as such with water.
