A quick summer lunch!
Chop the celery stalk and chives. Mix all the ingredients except the avocados together well, check the taste. Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and fill the holes with tuna paste. The instructions are enough for two.
1 can of tuna
1 stalk of celery
2 tablespoons of kimchi sauerkraut
½ dl mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chives
2 tablespoons Puhdas+ Nutritional yeast flakes
1 tbsp MCT oil
