Gather all the ingredients in a bowl and use a hand blender to blend the mixture until smooth. If necessary, add more oil if the pesto is too thick for your taste. Stir the pesto into the pasta, spread it on top of fresh Patong or invite friends over and enjoy it with antipasto.
