Matcha Banana Pancake

2 ripe bananas

2 eggs

1 dl of almond milk

3 ½ dl of oatmeal

2 teaspoons of baking powder

1 teaspoon Pure+ matcha powder

¼ teaspoon vanilla powder

Coconut oil for frying

Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth, and fry in coconut oil on medium heat. Serve with, for example, coconut yogurt, berries and maple syrup.
