Avocado chocolate mousse

Peel the avocado and remove the seed. Peel the avocado with a spoon (did you know that you can grow a houseplant from the seed of an avocado ;) Next, you need a food processor with an S blade or an efficient Blender with a stick to press the mousse.

Put the ingredients in the machine and run until smooth. Mix in fresh mint or chili.

Cool the coconut cream in the refrigerator (for example, Pirka's tetra-coconut cream hardens well) and whip it with a whisk until it resembles whipped cream. Spoon the mousse into serving bowls and top with coconut cream + fresh berries.
