Bake yourself a healthy seed snack!
Mix the dry ingredients together. Add water and oil and mix well. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and roll it flat between two sheets of baking paper. Remove the top baking paper, cut the dough into pieces of the desired size and bake on the middle level of the oven at 175 degrees for about 30 minutes. Turn and bake for another 10-20 minutes until the Näkkäri is crispy and has a nice toasted tone.
Serve the snacks with avocado, feta cheese and herbs of your choice. Squeeze a little lime juice and a pinch of sea salt and pepper on top.

1½ dl of flax seeds
1 dl buckwheat flour
3 tablespoons Clean+ Nutritional yeast flakes
1 teaspoon of salt
2½ dl water
