The preparation combines melatonin (1 mg/dose), glycine (1 g),inositol (600 mg) and chamomile (350 mg). In the EU melatonin may use approved claims:“promotes falling asleep”(1 mg near bedtime) and“relieves subjective feelings of jet lag”(≥0.5 mg local bedtime on the day of arrival and for a few days after).

Glycine: in several small RCT studies ~3 g just before bedtime improved subjective sleep quality and reduced daytime fatigue; this product contains 1 g/serving, so it works mostly as a melatonin support. Chamomile (Matricaria recutita): A recent systematic review suggests modest benefits, but the display isinconsistent. Inositol: there is little direct evidence of sleep; it has been studied more mood/anxiety related, in large doses (grams). Keep expectations moderate and monitor how you feel.

Melatonin can tire– if you are sleepy, do not drive or use machines. Fluvoxamine with melatonin level rises clearly→combination not recommended. Warfarin/anticoagulants: based on individual reports, there may be risk of leakage increase → use only under professional guidance. Autoimmune diseases, liver disease, pregnancy/breastfeeding: confirm use with healthcare.

Usually single dose in the evening enough; additional doses at night not recommended, so that morning fatigue does not increase. Jet lag can use≥0.5 mg near bedtime on the day of arrival and for a few days after. Stay in a regular rhythm and follow the instructions on the package.
