Essential oils can be used in many different ways:
Sauna Add 1 – 3 drops to a sauna bucket of water.
Spray bottle Add a few drops to water and spray into the room air and home textiles.
For the bath, mix 3-5 drops with soap or honey and dissolve in bath water.
The Aroma Diffuser humidifies the air and spreads aromas throughout the room.
A scented lantern spreads the effects of essential oils into the room using a candle. Add about 3-7 drops to water.

Start with 2–3 drops per 100 ml of water. Inhale for 15–30 minutes at a time, airing out in between. Adjust the amount to your liking.

Yes, but only with water. Add 1–2 drops to a bucket of water, never directly to the heater. Discontinue use if the smell is irritating.

Only dilute with a carrier oil. Keep dilution low (about 1-2%), do a patch test, and avoid face, eyes, and mucous membranes. If scalp becomes sensitive, discontinue use.

Use with caution during pregnancy and lactation and around young children; avoid direct inhalation. This product is not for internal use, and for those sensitive to fragrances, a break or very short periods of scenting may be preferable.
