Puhdas+ Quattro magnesium capsules contain:

+ Magnesium taurate: taurate is particularly gentle on the stomach. Magnesium taurate is a form of magnesium that is absorbed efficiently and quickly. Magnesium is bound to taurine amino acid.
+ Magnesium malate: malate is a form of magnesium that is absorbed quickly. It is an excellent energy-boosting form of magnesium. Many people get help from magnesium malate for exhaustion.
+ Magnesium Citrate: A commonly used form of magnesium that works for most people. A highly absorbable form of magnesium.
+ Magnesium hydroxide: a natural form of magnesium isolated from seawater. Stomach-friendly and very absorbent.
