It is possible to order a reshipment of the package if you were unable to pick up your order and would like us to resend your package to you. Please always contact our customer service first at asiakaspalvelu@neworganics.fi

The price for resending is a processing fee of €5.90.

Transporting the package to and from the pickup point, as well as resending it, always incurs costs for us, so unfortunately we cannot offer resending for free.
