Black cumin oil 150 ml

Black cumin, or Ryytineito, is a flowering spice plant whose aromatic black seeds are full of valuable oil. Black cumin contains no less than 100 bioactive substances. Black cumin oil, or Black Seed Oil, contains, among other things, linoleic acid (omega-6) and a special essential oil called thymoquinone, which is considered to be behind the health-supporting effects of black cumin. The seeds also contain e.g. myristic, palmitic, palmitoleic, stearic and oleic acids, B group vitamins, calcium, iron, copper, zinc and phosphorus.

Black cumin oil can be used internally as cooking oil among drinks or salad or as a dietary supplement by taking about 2 teaspoons of oil a couple of hours before a meal on an empty stomach. Black cumin oil is not recommended for use during pregnancy.

FI : 1-3 teaspoons (5-15 ml) per day. Use as is, mixed into drinks or as a salad dressing. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. A nutritional supplement does not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Not in the reach of children.

Storage: Store closed and protected from light in a cool and dry place. Store in the refrigerator after opening and use within 30 days of opening.
