Hold at least 4 hours apart between levothyroxine and iron/zinc containing preparations to avoid reduced absorption. This is a BNF/NICE recommendation.

The source of vitamin A in the product is beta-carotene(no retinol). General recommendation:avoid those containing retinol supplements during pregnancy and always check the label. Follow the instructions of your healthcare provider.

The multivitamin already has Vitamin C, which promotes the absorption of non-heme iron— separate C is not necessary for most people. However, consider your total intake from all sources.

If iron or many vitamins feel like they're in your stomach, try taking a capsule. With food It can reduce irritation symptoms, although some preparations are recommended on an empty stomach. Always follow the “Instructions for Use” section on the packaging.
