Puhdas+ Magnesium spray for joints is a strong magnesium spray for joints and muscles for external use. In addition to magnesium, the spray contains joint building material, plant-derived glucosamine and effective anti-inflammatory arnica extract.

The product relieves muscle and joint pain and swelling in sprains, sprains and stress injuries. It also speeds up muscle recovery after exercise.

Manual

Spray magnesium on the skin from a close distance (about 10 cm) 4-5 times. Magnesium is best absorbed when you spray it on thin skin areas, for example on the elbows, or directly on the problem area. The spray is easily absorbed and does not stain. At the beginning of use, magnesium can cause mild tingling and slight redness on sensitive skin, which usually goes away with continued use.
