The product contains Vitamin K2 (MK-7)andD3with calcium and magnesium citrate (see composition on product page). If you use warfarin/VKA medication, hold Consistent vitamin K intake and supplements should not be started/stopped without the guidance of a healthcare provider.
D3 is fat-soluble, so it makes sense to take the capsules during a meal In addition, calcium is best absorbed when single dose is ≤ approximately 500 mg– 3–4 capsules of this product provide375–500 mg Ca, so the dose can be taken one or two doses during the day. (Calcium citrate can be taken with food or without.)
Hold at least 4 h between levothyroxine and calcium/magnesium preparations. Avoid simultaneous intake tetracycline and fluoroquinolone antibiotics with (chelation – several hours apart).
