Product uses MenaQ7-menaquinone (K2, MK-7). MK-7 has been shown very absorbent and it has longer half-life han K1, so it stays in the bloodstream longer — which is why it is often taken once a day.

K2 participates K-dependent proteins(e.g. osteocalcin) activation;EFSA has approved claims regarding the content of vitamin K to maintain normal bone structure and for normal blood clotting That's why K2 is often taken Vitamin D and calcium alongside as part of your everyday bone routine (note medication point 1).

K2 works largely in the background; benefits are assessed on a monthly basis with regular use. If you are on VKA treatment, the most important thing is INR stability and consistent K intake; major changes in diet or supplements should not be made without professional supervision.
