Essential oils can be used in many different ways:
Sauna Add 1 – 3 drops to a sauna bucket of water.
Spray bottle Add a few drops to water and spray into the room air and home textiles.
For the bath, mix 3-5 drops with soap or honey and dissolve in bath water.
The Aroma Diffuser humidifies the air and spreads aromas throughout the room.
A scented lantern spreads the effects of essential oils into the room using a candle. Add about 3-7 drops to water.
