Essential oils can be used in many different ways:
Sauna Add 1 – 3 drops to a ladleful of water.
Spray bottle Add a few drops to water and spray the room air and home textiles.
Bath mix 3-5 drops with soap or honey and dissolve in bath water.
The Aroma Diffuser humidifies the air and spreads aromas in the room.
The scented lantern spreads the effects of essential oils into the room with the help of a candle. Add about 3-7 drops to water.
