Electrolyte Powder - Lemon 120 g

For long workouts, hot weather, sauna use and long work shifts when sweating increases. The product replenishes key electrolytes (including magnesium, potassium, sodium, calcium) and also contains glycine and vitamin C; it is sugar-free, dye-free and 100% vegan.(See product page for more details.)

The product contains significant amounts of sodium per dose (see Nutritional content; example level ~1390 mg/dose), so if you follow salt restriction or have high blood pressure, monitor your total intake during the day and adjust your dosage.WHO recommends for adults under2000 mg sodium/day.

If you are taking medicines that can increases potassium(e.g.potassium-sparing diuretics such as spironolactone/eplerenone, or ACE inhibitors/ATR blockers), consult a professional before use. Also trimethoprim/co-trimoxazole may increase the risk of hyperkalemia.

Use cold water to enhance the freshness of the lemon. Mix with a small amount of water first, let dissolve for a moment and add the rest — the shaker reduces lumps.
