Ashwagandha, or medicinal ashwagandha, is a plant that grows in Africa and Asia and has a history of use spanning thousands of years.
Ashwagandha is believed to increase mental and physical performance.
It has the most evidence in supporting stress management and coping.

Sensoril®-ashwagandha contains the root and leaf of the plant, which increases the amount of ashwagandha's active ingredients, withanolides, to a unique 10%.
Puhdas + Strong Ashwagandha also contains patented Bioperine® black pepper extract, which has been shown to enhance the absorption of ashwagandha.
Together, natural Bioperine and an exceptionally high amount of Sensoril®-withanolides make this product a highly effective and highly absorbable ashwagandha preparation.
