In the production of Puhdas+ Premium Omega-3 products, non-endangered, wild anchovy fished from the unpolluted waters of the South Pacific are used. Fish oil goes through a thorough cleaning process before ending up in a capsule. Because of this, fish oil does not contain heavy metals or other toxins. The Totox number of our fish oil is usually below 5, which means it oxidizes very little. Each batch of fish oil is 100% traceable.
